Yay!!  It's that time of year again, the Spring sweetness that is Chick Pics!!  The baby chicks were just four days new, and between the little chicks and four kids, we had five mamas with all hands on deck - totally normal, right?!

She was missing her big bro, but Lauren brought so much cuteness with her  to make up for it (we still missed you, Lucas!!).  Just look at those sweet little cheeks, and her tiny baby toes!

We practiced holding baby chicks the night before, and Evelyn was SO excited to hold the little birdie!

And cue the sad face :-(  Evelyn learned the hard way that these chicks are not potty trained!!

"Dude, why did you do it?!"

Sammy, such a handsome little man, and so crafty - he built that birdhouse all himself ;-)

While Evelyn twirls and eats jelly beans, Violet prefers to sort the eggs and puts the crafts back in their place.

And these two are chick pic regulars, going strong for three years!!  They're like peas in a pod - both a little shy at first, and next thing we know, they're giggling and playing and "teaching" each other new tricks.

Oh, and then there was the group shot - we did our best.  Next year, kids!  We got this!!  So close...

So fun!!  Hope you enjoyed the sneak peek at our session.  Thank you to the AMAZING Kara Raudenbush too!!  Without her, these sessions wouldn't be nearly as fun!!  She is creative, funny, over the top helpful, and I always learn something new when I shoot in her studio.  And most importantly with these sessions, she takes amazing care of the baby chicks!!  She rocks!!
